Заказывал блокноты за 3 недели до назначенного мероприятия. За две недели управились. При получении заказа выяснилось, что вместо формата А5 сделали формат А6, никого из выполнявших заказ не смутили размеры макета. Предложили изготовить блокноты уже позже мероприятия, такой вариант был неприемлем, поэтому сделали "одолжение" и сказали, что в день мероприятия все будет готово. Звоню днём - молчат, ещё раз - молчат. В итоге перезвонили, когда уже проходило мероприятие. Вечером пришел сразу в центр, никто, разумеется, ничего не знает, обещали на следующий день разобраться. На следующий день извинились, предложили вернуть часть суммы и сказали, что курьер уже едет. Ладно, курьер приехал второй раз — победа, все хорошо. Написал заявление на возврат, сказали, в течение недели все вернут. Проходит 10 дней — пишу, молчат. А воз и ныне там. Ситуация урегулирована, спустя n-ое время

Все хорошо. Но есть одно но... Делал фото на визу. Сделано 4 фото на небольшом листе. Не хватает разметки, сижу теперь с линейкой как идиот и вымеряю, чтобы вырезать 1 фотографию. Спасибо!
