Обращаюсь в копицентр уже не в первый раз. Сотрудники очень вежливые и отзывчивые. Всегда помогут и посоветуют.

В сентябре прошлого года (29-го числа, если мне не изменяет память) я пытался распечатать курсовую. Сервис здесь абы какой, огромные очереди, работники копицентра постоянно направляют на самообслуживание, не желая помогать (в других копицентрах подобного нет, видимо, здесь не хотят работать). Девушка мало того, что не помогла с распечаткой листов, так еще и нахамила, сказав "это особенности самообслуживания, что вы должны делать сам". Следует сказать, подобное было не раз: работники регулярно отправляют на самообслуживание, после этого убегают и не оказывают помощь. Вежливость и открытость здесь через раз. Жаль, что в россии принято такое свинское обращение с потребителем

По моему личному опыту отличный копицентр. Заказывал неоднократно цветную печать на плотной бумаге. Ещё делал себе у них штамп ИП. И иногда печатаю документы. 1. Отличное качество печати, лучше чем во многих других копицентрах. Цвета сочные и насыщенные, никаких полос или пятен. 2. Внимание к мелочам. Удобное расположение мониторов так, что клиенту тоже видно открываемые файлы. 3. Вполне гуманные цены, опять же, в сравнении со среднерыночными. 4. Вежливые сотрудники, готовые выполнять нестандартные просьбы, вроде: «Напечатайте документ, я на нем распишусь, а потом отсканируйте его и запишите мне на флэшку» Из пожеланий лично мне не хватает какой-то систематизации очереди. Редко, но бывает много клиентов сразу, и приходится по-старинке как в поликлинике занимать «Кто последний?».
