Риелторы не профессиональные, за нас решили, что мы отказываемся от продажи, когда не захотели, чтобы наши квартиру продавали за гроши и выставили счёт за объявления (когда они были бесполезны) в немалом размере. При заключении договора, естественно, эти условия не были оглашены. Не советую обращаться в данную организацию, если вам дорога ваша недвижимость и материальное благополучие.

Добрый день, у вас был эксклюзивный договор на продажу и вы отказались от продажи потенциальному покупателю? Или как за вас могли определить условия сделки? Чтобы прояснить ситуацию для людей которые читают ваш отзыв, и для большего понимания: Действительно, объекты которые рекламируются нашей компанией на эксклюзивном договоре-рекламируются за счёт компании... как бы бесполезна реклама не была , за неё кто-то должен платить ) В случае расторжения договора по инициативе продавца, в соответствии с условиями договора он возмещает фактически понесённые расходы на рекламу, что И указано в договоре. стоимость вашей квартиры оговаривается перед подписанием договора, как вышло так что у вас не соответствовали ваши ожидания реалиям? Если в наших договорах все предельно прозрачно....
