Заказали кондиционер с установкой. Договорились на 10:00 26.03.19 (не самый сезон для установки кондиционеров), это Вторник поэтому с магазином заранее обговаривали дату и время, чтобы отпрашиваться с работы. В выходные и по вечерам не устанавливают т.к. по закону нельзя шуметь. Так вот, установщики приехали, опоздав на 40 минут. На мой вопрос почему опоздали, ответ был - у нас с 10 до 11 по графику. Внимание вопрос к магазину, зачем договариваться с клиентом на 10, а график выставлять с 10 до 11? Я понимаю, что вам по большому счету все равно во сколько вы установите кондиционер, но вы не могли бы с вашими сотрудниками давать одинаковую информацию клиенту? Вроде не в 90-е живем и конкуренция на рынке есть, теряете клиентов после 1-го заказа.

Добрый день! Приятно что вы нашли время написать о нас отзыв! Жалко что учли только недочет во времени и забыли написать что купили кондиционер по акции, сэкономив при этом около 5000-6000 рублей и что за 6500 рублей вам сделали качественый монтаж. Парадокс что из 100% процентов довольных клиентов отзыв может ни один клиент не оставить, а вот из 100% недовольных клиентов все сто напишут отрицательный отзыв совершенно не взирая на положительные стороны покупки и заказа у нас товара! Печально!
