сроки срывают. никто ниче не знает. такое ощущение что сидит человек получает свою зарплату чисто оклад а все остальное не трогайте его и хорошо. У них есть четкое время к какому дню они отгружают. Так вот у нас была дверь красного цвета. День изготовления подходит к моменту икс за три дня до этого звоню спросить когда будет готово а мне отвечают а профиль еще даже в покраску не отвезли. Спрашиваю когда отвезут незнаем. Все таки добилась от менеджеров у кого можно узнать когда в покраску отдадут. Начальник производства говорит в пятницу отдадим в понедельник будет готово. А у нас срок стоит изготовления в четверг. Ну думаю ладно. Всякое бывает. Звоню в понедельник спрашиваю когда готово будет. Начальник производства говорит а фиг его знает. Спрашиваю а кто будет знать? Ну это ладно вот с такими звонками уговорвми через неделю сделали. А у нас объект горит потому что место проходное а дверь в прямом смысле на соплях висит там все петли вместе с металом уже выдрало. Ладно привезли монтажники распаковывают заказывали дверь из профиля z как вы думаете из чего привезли правильно из л опять звоню говорят везите назад переделаем спрашиваю через сколько мне прямым текстом говорят недели через 3-4 а нам и так эту дверь делали 4 недели. И вы думаете кто нибудь пытался как то решить проблему. Нет зато менеджеры регулярно нам звонять предлагают нам стать их дилерами.
