Сделали быстро. Рыночная цена и соответственно ликвидная цена квартиры оказались на 12% ниже моих оценок. Это занижение связано с явным, на мой взгляд, манипулированием параметров объектов аналогов. Так, например, в отчёте этой компании выявил ошибки, которые в итоге повлияли на занижение: ошибка в типе дома аналогов (в отчёте кирпичные, а на самом деле панельные), ошибка в параметре торг применяли для аналогов, которые не предусматривали торг, не учтён год постройки домов аналогов (в итоге дом на 13 старше моего оценивался также как и мой). Кроме того не обосновано завышенные проценты корректировок (19% на кирпич- панельный дом- это как так?!, никто никогда не смотрит на тип дома, а оказывается кирпичные должны на 19% стоить больше!).Самое негативное впечатление от этой компании. Я направил им претензию, но в независимости от ответа, мне лично виден какой-то сговор с банком. – показать

Оказанные услуги по оценке стоимости квартир на высоте + оптимальная цена.Проблем с задержками в подготовке отчетов (обращалась не только я) не возникало.
