Я бы и одну звёздочку не поставила!!! Ужасный персонал!!! А именно Александр, кажется так зовут этого молодого человека!!! Отдали на печать фотографии первого года жизни моей дочки, а это более 150 фотографий (на 2 альбома), так мало того что фотографии получились обрезанные, так ещё и все темные, на что этот молодой человек сказал что мы оригиналы такие принесли!!! Оригиналы были нормальные!!! Отдали на печать заранее, чтоб успеть к празднику... В итоге фото нам испортили, на праздник соответственно мы не успели их напечатать, настроение ужасное, ещё и нахамили!!! За одно только спасибо, деньги вернул! Хотя тут благодарность это лишнее... Раньше всегда печатала только у вас!!! Теперь точно не ногой!!! И никому не посоветую
