Хочу поблагодарить Прохоцкого Алексея Николаевича за профессионализм, золотые руки, доброжелательное отношение к пациенту. Визит к проктологу- это вам не рот открыть для осмотра терапевтом , лором или стоматологом. Это очень деликатная проблема, очень тяжело и неудобно отправиться на прием. Мне в поликлинике по месту жительства лечили геморрой , а это был, скорее всего, проктит. И хотя я сама медик в прошлом, думала, что все обойдется. Не обошлось. Обострений практически и не было, но незначительное мокнутие в перианальной области насторожило. Колоноскопия ничего не показала, зато мрт с контрастом выявило свищ, как я и предполагала. Выбор оперирующего хирурга помогла сделать очень хороший человечек. Понимая, что вариантов для того ,чтобы избавиться от проблемы у меня нет, кроме как иссечение свища, отправилась на операцию к Алексею Николаевичу. Сейчас все позади, а вот перед операцией были и слезы, и истерика, и готова была убежать и провалиться сквозь землю от стыда и страха. Но Алексей Николаевич своим спокойствием и уверенным голосом нашел слова, что все будет хорошо и не стоит так переживать. Замечательный анестезиолог и медсестричка тоже меня успокоили. Все закончилось. Меня отвели в палату, где я отошла от наркоза. Через час Алексей Николаевич в кабинете подробно объяснил, как будет проходить заживление, что нужно, можно, а чего нельзя делать. Все спокойно, подробно, с юморочком. Сейчас идет процесс заживления операционной раны. Выполняю строго и четко все данные мне Алексеем Николаевичем указания. Все будет хорошо. Алексей Николаевич, спасибо Вам огромное за вашу работу, за то, что помогли справиться с состоянием страха. Удачи Вам в работе, крепкого здоровья и всех благ! Конечно же благодарю работающего с вами анестезиолога и медсестру за то, что помогли пережить этот момент в моей жизни и преодолеть страх и стеснение. Спасибо огромное! С уважением, Марина С.
