Если бы можно было поставить -10 ⭐, то и это высокая планка для данной клиники. Ценовая категория не самая низкая по городу. Хочу отметить, что обстановка хорошая, однако на этом заканчиваются плюсы. Я обратилась с очень деликатной проблемой, а врач с порога отметила, что я такая молодая и уже имею проблемы. Был бы выбор – ушла не задумываясь. И только потом зашла и почитала отзывы, поэтому эта ситуация научила читать их заранее. Мне выписали много препаратов, все их выкупила и принимала согласно рецепту от врача. На стойке регистрации девушки то матерятся, то просто говорят громко о своих бытовых проблемах в жизни, что считаю не уместным в работе администратора. После принятия препаратов моё самочувствие ухудшилось, тут же стала связываться с клиникой, однако, ответа не поступило. На претензию в письменном виде ответили и заявили, что я занимаюсь «потребительским терроризмом», потребовав объяснения ситуации и возврата денежных средств. Также отметили, что я была предупреждена о побочных эффектах, однако, такого факта нет. Далее, директор клиники, в официальном ответе, заявила, что мои действия могут быть расценены как «покушение на мошенничество», 159 УК РФ, чем напрочь стёрли границу между дозволенным. Вишенка на торте: «Ваши указания на ряд статей Закона о защите прав потребителей также не имеют никакого значения», что расценивается мною как полное обесценивание моих прав, как потребителя. Никаких извинений со стороны руководства, персонала или администрации так и не поступило. Возврат денежных средств осуществен.
