Прошла обучение на курсе Майи Климиной "Начинающий кондитер от 0 до эксперта" в июне 2019. Курсы выбирала долго и тщательно, интуитивно остановила свой выбор на школе "Соль", о чем совершенно не жалею, а только рада! Информация давалась в доступном виде, если что-то не успевали, Майя нам повторяла, если что-то испортили - переделывали, но мы оказались молодцы, и брака почти не было))) Очень уютная и на мой непрофессиональный взгляд прекрасно оборудованная студия, расположена буквально в двух шагах от метро - это еще один огромный плюс. Все делали сами под чутким руководством, набрались тонкостей и нюансов, соприкоснулись с настоящим шоколадом и другими профи-продуктами)). Майя - прекрасный преподаватель, с большим опытом, которым ей совсем не жалко делиться, что очень важно! Благодарю Майю, школу и девочек, с кем мне посчастливилось пройти обучение)

Потрясающий курс и потрясающая Майя Климина! Большая умница и суперпрофессионал. Она умеет говорить просто о сложном, всё объясняет,поддерживает,направляет и создаёт атмосферу. Теория без лишней воды и практика,практика,практика. И-да! Как же это вкуснооооо!!! Благодарим вас,студия Соль за прекрасную организацию и новые знания!!
