Собралась заказать торт на свою свадьбу. Решила обратиться к этой кондитерской. Приехала на дегустацию. 1. Находятся в рынке на Дубровке, на сайте нет даже описания, как добраться;2. Помещение очень маленькое, все заставлено, и жутко тесно.3. Нас встретила менеджер Нина, рукой указала на стулья, чтобы мы сели, сама продолжила разговаривать по телефону и оформлять заказ;4. Спустя минут 5 она подошла и дала нам из холодильника лоток с пробниками, на одном из которых мы обнаружили плесень. Весь бок кусочка был беленький и пушистый. Мы указали наста, но нас начали уверять, что это не плесень, но спустя минуту рассмотрения она все же извинялась и поменяла лотки, но пробовать уже не захотелось. 5. Отдельное удивление у меня вызвало, что стоимость 500 грамм ягод на торт стоит 4100 руб. Заказ не стала оформлять, не хочется свадьбу плесневелым тортиком праздновать((Менеджер ужасна, все время делала вид, что ей жутко некогда с нами говорить – показать

Много читала негативных отзывов, но все таки решилась сделать заказ свадебного торта у данной компании. Начну с того, что звонила я ниодин раз, и всегда с первого раза дозваниваюсь! Отвечали приятные девушки, которые смогли мне ответить на мои вопросы и помочь в выборе начинки. К торту шел каравай в подарок, но нам его нужно было забрать накануне, т.к. время доставки торта мы выбрали с 14 до 18 и боялись, что торт вместе с караваем привезут уже после начала праздника. Позвонив в кондитерскую, мн е девушка достаточно грамотно и доходчиво объяснила где они находятся и мы быстро их нашли, забрав свой каравай. Торт был привезен, немного с опозданием,.т.е. не в промежутке с 14 до 18, а ориентировочно в 18:30. Но это была пятница и доставку необходимо произвести в г. Котельники (где вечные пробки), поэтому на данные мелочи, мы не сочли за недостаток! Торт был как на картинке! Красивый и очень вкусный,все как и просили: лёгкий, с кусочками фруктов, не слишком сладкий! Мы и все наши гости,в том числе и дети, остались довольны!!! – показать
