Мастера не очень приветливые, разговаривают и показывают своим видом таких великих знатоков из себя, что прямо умереть-не встать! Отдавала им на диагностику и ремонт айфон, сказали, что его не поднять, он не ремонтопригоден. В другом сервисе мне его сделали без проблем. так что разочарована компстаром очень. И другую точку Комстар в городе сами же поливают - очень негативно отзываются - типа вот они - это компстар, а те,другие - отстой. Поэтому тоже мнение о них у меня не очень.... непорядочно что ли так говорить...

Здравствуйте! В нашем магазине производится видео и аудио запись. Мы внимательно изучили действия сотрудника на момент Вашего прихода в магазин. 1. Никакого негатива в отношении магазина, который находится по адресу 1546 сотрудником высказано не было. 2. На Ваш прямой вопрос "А как вы считаете стоит ли его ремонтировать?" сотрудник Вам ответил исходя из состояния устройства, физических повреждений а также даты выпуска устройства. После чего Вы покинули нашу организацию. Просьбы принять на диагностику, оценку ремонта от Вас не было. Напоминаем Вам что в Уголовном Кодексе Российской Федерации есть Статья 128.1 Клевета согласно п.1 наказывается штрафом в размере до пятисот тысяч рублей или в размере заработной платы или иного дохода осужденного за период до шести месяцев либо обязательными работами на срок до ста шестидесяти часов. Видеозапись может быть предоставлена владельцу сервиса Яндекс по требованию, а также сотрудникам правоохранительных органов.
