Снимали помещение 2 года на заводе:Плюсы:— Приятный лояльный арендодатель, который помогает решить все вопросы и идет навстречуМинусы:— непредсказуемый отдел аренды. говорят что въезд закрывается в один день, в итоге закрывают в другой и даже не оповещают об этом. В итоге у нас стоит оплаченная машина и люди у входа, но никого не пускают на территорию. Смазалось впечатление от таких моментов— грубая охранаВ целом, снимать помещение можно. Но такое ощущение, что персонал в администрации и охрана специально создают проблемы для арендаторов. Какой-то совок – показать
