Я жил в квартире 18 Расположение хорошее, недалеко от Красной площади, и это приятно, но есть примечания: Хозяин попросил залог за час до моего приезда, а мы приехали в конце ночи и у меня не было российской карты для оплаты я сказала платить наличными а он отказался и ночью там где я не было банков. мог открыть счет, и он отказался меня впустить, чтобы я мог расплатиться с ним картой. Не хватало салфеток, кастрюль и сковородок, не было ни чая, ни сахара, ни кофе. Ничего не происходило, и губки для посуды. старые سكنت بالشقه 18 موقعها زين قريب للساحه الحمرا و زينه لكن فيه ملاحظات، المالك طلب تامين قبل وصولي بكم ساعه وحنا واصلين اخر الليل ومامعي بطاقه روسيه عشان ادفع وقلت بدفع كاش و رفض ومافيه بنوك بالليل اقدر افتح منها حساب ورفض يدخلني لين ادفع له ببطاقه، مافيه مناديل كافيه وبعض القدور وصخه و مافيه لا شاهي ولا سكر ولا قهوه ولا شي ابد واسفنج المواعين قديم

Будьте осторожны, из квартиры А19 все они были украдены и обвинены им. Be careful from Apartment A19 every one has been stolen and accused by him

Комплекс впечатляет, по стоимости довольно выгодно получается, если сравнивать с жильем такого же класса в центре. Еще и скидки до 10% доходили в апреле, правда не на все апарты. Элитка которая строится рядом, уже сейчас по ценам раза в 3 выше. Вобщем если есть финансовая возможность и желание из окна смотреть на Кремль:), правда только из окон верхних этажей, это место для вас!

Готовый комплекс, здесь уже сделали ремонт и переехали ряд жильцов. Отделки от застройщика нет, но можно заказать от подрядчика, устроят всё на ваш вкус. Шумоизоляция, кстати, шикарная, т.к. можно сделать стяжку пола, получится толщина пола до 20 см. Ипотека есть и от Втб, и от Сбера (8.7% и 10% соответственно), а во время карантина сделки с ними проходят без проблем.
