Комплекс впечатляет, по стоимости довольно выгодно получается, если сравнивать с жильем такого же класса в центре. Еще и скидки до 10% доходили в апреле, правда не на все апарты. Элитка которая строится рядом, уже сейчас по ценам раза в 3 выше. Вобщем если есть финансовая возможность и желание из окна смотреть на Кремль:), правда только из окон верхних этажей, это место для вас!

Готовый комплекс, здесь уже сделали ремонт и переехали ряд жильцов. Отделки от застройщика нет, но можно заказать от подрядчика, устроят всё на ваш вкус. Шумоизоляция, кстати, шикарная, т.к. можно сделать стяжку пола, получится толщина пола до 20 см. Ипотека есть и от Втб, и от Сбера (8.7% и 10% соответственно), а во время карантина сделки с ними проходят без проблем.
