Был сделан заказ №ОКТ-680/05/2018 от 17.05.2018г., качество выполненной работы крайне низкое, геометрий нарушена, перепады по размерам до 2-х см, створки открываются не в ту сторону, подклинивают при открывании и закрывании даже после регулировки, что не позволяет использовать изделие по назначению. Не Рекомендую! Не профессионально! Берут предоплату и после этого теряют всякий интерес к клиенту.

В ответ на Ваш отзыв сообщаем, что монтажные работы по указанному договору не завершены . По этой причине нет оснований делать подобные заявления. Для оценки качества монтажа необходимо дождаться завершения . Открывания створок согласованы с Вашим сотрудником на объекте и составлен эскиз , после чего эскиз был утвержден главным инженером компании, о чем свидетельствует печать компании и подпись руководителя. Копия данного документа и фото реального времени происходящего на объекте отправлены Вам на электронный адрес.

Заказал раздвижные окна и двери ,на дачу ,начали собирать весной (заказывал зимой) нет ответных частей на встроенные замки ,позвонил в компанию пож приезжайте покупайте ,дело не в сумме 700рублей ,говорю не отгружали ,мне в ответ не нужно было ничего типа выбрасывать,короче мутная компания,не советую обращаться

Уважаемый Николай Александрович! Получив Вашу претензию были очень удивлены столь необоснованному высказыванию в адрес компании. Заказ от 21.11.2017г. был выполнен качественно и точно в срок. 08.12.2017г. Вы получили заказ со склада готовой продукции в полном объеме, о чем свидетельствует Ваша подпись в Акте приема-передачи После подписания данного документа и вывоза его со склада компания не несет ответственности за сохранность заказа . Сожалеем , что некоторые детали Вами были утеряны. При обращении к нам спустя 6 месяцев , нами было предложено приобрести утерянные детали. Очень печально получать такие необоснованные претензии за добросовестно проделанную работу.
