Ненадежная компания Достоинства: Недорогое жилье Недостатки: Низкое качество построек При покупке квартиры документы оформлялись следующим образом: деньги принимал директор на свое имя под расписку, затем по генеральной доверенности оформлялись окончательные документы. Причем в них квартира уже была куплена у "Стройкомплекса" и на меньшую сумму (у нас разница составила примерно 700 т. р). Т. е. налогового вычета с этой суммы не получили, считайте сами. Качество жилья слабоватое. Каждый год отпадает плитка с крыльца, падают водосточные трубы, у многих в квартирах плесневеют стены. В ванной пластиковые водопроводные трубы были недопаяны, заметили поздно, тоже пошла плесень. Через две недели после включения отопления потекли трубы, находящиеся в полу (хорошо, что не успели закрыть ламинатом). Дело было в новогодние праздники, поэтому пришлось делать за свой счет.
