К сожалению,мой опыт сотрудничества с фирмой "Спецэнергоремонт",не столь позитивный. Вернее,все начиналось очень хорошо.Заказ у меня принял Кульчихин Александр,мы сразу нашли общий язык. Даже договорились о сотрудничестве. по сколько,я человек очень общительный,я обязалась найти энное количество клиентов и у себя в деревне и на окружающих дачах,где у меня много знакомых. И клиенты действительно нашлись. К сожалению,сразу поставить трубостойку было не возможно,место низкое пока вручную крутили буром,яму залило водой. Пришлось ждать,когда вода уйдет. Проблемы начались,когда Александр уволился.Мне пришлось общаться с Михаилом и Николаем. сначала не было форточки,график у них был забит. потом у меня истекал срок договора с МОЭСК. назначили день за 7 дней до истечения договора. Но бригада не приехала и даже не перезвонили. Потом назначали дату еще 2 раза и не приезжали,правда последний раз предупредили Пришлось выкручиваться перед МОЭСК,что бы не проходить новую процедуру заключения договора.Наконец приехали.Поставили.. Изначально было договорено,что они и подключат и сделают дополнительную работу за отдельные деньги. Но перспектива, подключить на столбе провода повергла Николая в реальный ужас.В деревне даже усомнились,что они электрики,так,как столб закопать и подсобный рабочий может.Ребята вдруг резко заторопились уезжать и клятвенно пообещали приехать в свой выходной сделать работу. Но в дальнейшем переносили со дня на день,даже назначали день и не приезжали,а потом и вовсе перестали брать трубку. Сейчас проблема в том,что лампочка счетчика светится и при выключенном вводном и выключенных автоматах. Звонила на завод изготовитель,сказали,что возможно неправильная сборка щитка. Обращаться к установщику. Моэск тоже приезжать не хочет,отправляет к установщику.От установщика есть гарантия 12 месяцев. Но вызвонить, наверно, реально только через суд.
