Не ответили так на мою жалобу, ужастная компания. Жалоба: Добрый день, Александр! Ваша бригада недавно выполняла работу по черновому ремонту по договору N37926, объект расположен по адресу: Москва пос. Сосенское, бульвар Веласкеса Ваша бригада демонтировала батареи отопления п/п28 в акте выполненных работ N2 от 12 октября 2018. Изображение. PngПри демонтаже батареи Ваша бригада не установила заглушки на краны труб отопления, что привело к прорыву отопления. Изображение. JpegПосле зато пления моей квартиры, где работала Ваша бригада, была затоплена квартира расположенная этажом ниже. Прикладываю фотографию. Изображение_1.jpegУ соседей в квартире этажом ниже из-за затопления образовался, как видно на фотографии, пузырь на натяжном потолке, а также вздулся ламинат. Прошу разобраться по какой причине Ваши рабочие не поставили заглушки, а также донести данный инцидент до Вашего руководства. Предстоит замена ламината. Всвязи с этим у меня возникает вопрос, Вам выставить общий счёт за замену ламината или замена ламината будет производиться Вашими силами? Надеюсь данную проблему мы с Вами решим мирным путём. Жду ответа к кратчайший срок. – показать
