Заказал утепление окон. Предварительно по телефону объяснил какие окна установлены и в чем проблема. В назначенное время мастер приехал на установку москитных сеток, уплотнителя для окон у него с собой не оказалось. В пустую потрачено время. Не рекомендую данную компанию.

Когда сезон сеток мастер может и перепутать. А замена уплотнителя да ещё и на деревянных окнах всегда делается в два этапа, замер и оценка, а потом уже и работа. Уплотнителей по дереву очень много и это Вам менеджер по тел. предупреждал, что он не всегда есть в наличии. Спасибо.

Во-первых, перепутал не мастер, а менеджер (Мастер показал, что ему Ваша компания прислала заказ именно на сетки); Во-вторых, про работу в два этапа Ваш "менеджер" ни слова не сказал. Спросил примерный размер окон, сколько контуров уплотнителей сейчас установлено, окно со стекло пакетом или нет, после чего принял заказ. «Менеджер» четко сообщил, что работа будет выполнена за ОДИН раз. (можете прослушать запись, если она у вас ведется); В-третьих, при звонке в Вашу компанию, после ухода мастера, "менеджер" просто бросил трубку, даже не принеся извинений за потраченное время клиента; Поэтому, не нужно вводить людей в заблуждение и выставлять клиента (пусть и недовольного работой Вашей компании) в не очень хорошем свете.
