Здравствуйте! К сожалению , полностью согласен с отзывами ниже. Работники компании ведут себя действительно неадекватно. С самого первого слова общения, что по телефону. что в офисе , создается такое впечатление, что клиенту тут не рады, все через губу , как будто это мы им пришли предлагать товар , а не наоборот. Понятно, что в клиентах у этой фирмы наверное отбоя то нет - цены заметно ниже среде рыночных, но это не повод для такого отношения к потенциальному клиенту.

Заказали два пенала с установкой одного из них в день доставки. До последнего отказывались давать телефон установщика пенала. В итоге дали телефон только после оплаты пеналов и их доставки. Позвонили, а он и не собирался к нам ехать...Они об этом знали заранее. Телефон мой теперь скидывают за что им и оставляю соответствующий отзыв. Теперь началось, монтажник завтра не может, в пятницу может быть после обеда и т.д...Как их теперь устанавливать не знаю...

Добрый день! Возможно все операторы были заняты в момент Вашего звонка, поэтому он и сбрасывался. У нас никто не сбрасывает звонки, поверьте, их просто очень много, поэтому нужно запастись немного терпением. По поводу монтажа Вам никто не отказывал, но как правило на хорошего монтажника существует очередь и, к сожалению, он не может бросить все заказы и бежать к Вам на установку, существуют форс-мажорные ситуации. Если Вам всё же требуется монтаж, то мы с радостью организуем Вам его в ближайшее свободное время.
