Шарлатаны и вымогатели денег! Оформление заказа идет через сайт со 100% предоплатой, а потом выясняется что формат не тот, цвета не те и разумеется или переделывайте сами, или мы сделаем за дополнительную плату. Время переносят на несколько суток. В итоге на мои притенении отказались печатать заказ. Не советую с ними работать. Привлекают хорошей ценой, но соответственно и хамским отношением

Добрый день, Владимир. Вы прислали макет не соответствующий техническим требованиям, печать с которого была невозможна. На наше предложение доработать макет Вы начали хамить, и называть нас вымогателями, проходимцами и лгунами, отказываясь от сотрудничества. Мы сразу вернули деньги за заказ. Мы работаем по ценам ниже рынка, работаем качественно и работу свою уважаем. Заблаговременно размещаем всю информацию, чтобы заказчику было удобно с нами работать. Всегда консультируем и поддерживаем наших клиентов, если у них есть потребность.

Заказала визитки, размер не стандартный, но чётко везде указан, даже на коробке с этими самыми визитками, которые привезли. Открываю - тадааам! Размер урезан на 5 мм по высоте. Видимо, как рука взяла или как захотели на производстве. Будем переделывать. Интересно, какой на этот раз будет результат и с какой попытки получится то, что нужно?

Ирина, спасибо за отзыв! Производство работает по техническому заданию, не "как рука взяла", но в данном случае при резке была допущена ошибка, несистемная. Приносим наши извинения. Переделанные визитки будут правильного размера.
