New-potolok196 или как утаить поломку люстры Достоинства: скорость Недостатки: безответственность, небрежность, не честность Совсем недавно имел грустный опыт сотрудничества с данной компанией. Все бы ничего, потолки сделали, косячки в монтаже есть, но не сильно страшные, типа не ровно сделанных решеток под датчики. А вот процесс монтажа разочаровал очень: 1. Отсутствие пылесоса 2. Не бережное отношение к другому ремонту, могут валяться саморезы, что-то уронить или стукнуть, в результате есть некоторые косячки от них на дорогом паркете. 3. Самое стремное. Монтаж закончился поздно вечером, в процессе навешивания люстр отсутствовал, на следующий день обнаружил сломанные хрустали на люстре стоимостью 48 тр. Звоню. Говорят, что так и было, типа мы и руку порезали об нее и тп. На вопрос почему не сообщили если это так и было, ничего внятного сказать не могут. Типа "Думали, что не заметите". Люстру ранее я принимал сам, таких косяков не видел. Вот как это называется? Это нормально?? Естественно в магазин предъявить что-то если это действительно так и было по уже повешенной люстре не возможно. Нормальные, специалисты, дорожащие своей репутацией если бы обнаружили при вскрытии какой-то косяк, который видят сразу же бы сообщили об этом. Один звонок мне и я тут же бы подъехал. После этого никакого доверия. Для решения вопроса предложил компенсировать мне 25% от стоимости люстры для приведения её в порядок. На что директор фирмы говорит, что "виноваты монтажники, с ними и разбирайтесь, я за них платить из своего кармана не буду". Нормально? :) Общался с монтажниками, они "если не придираться то и не видно". В общем досада, печаль.
