Интернет-магазин плохой. Лишь бы обмануть. Специально совершил заказ и оплатил ДОСТАВКУ почтой ПЕРВЫМ КЛАССОМ (1-2 дня) Она самая дорогая. Так как товар нужен был очень срочно. Внес предоплату. Менеджер уверял что отправят именно первым классом. В результате отправили заказ обычным отправлением И СДЭКОМ. А это самый дешевый вид доставки. Сейчас вынужден сидеть и ждать когда сдэк доставит мой заказ. Прошло уже 4 дня после оплаты. Заказ еще не поступил даже в Санкт-Петербург. Почта и то быстрее доставляет. Номер заказа 11624. В итоге если товар нужен очень срочно, заказывать в данном интернет-магазине, а тем более вносить какую какую-то предоплату НЕ РЕКОМЕНДОВАНО.

Здравствуйте, мы работаем с компанией по доставке СДЭК. Мы выбрали её потому что на сегодняшний день это самая стабильная доставка и не дорогая. Да у них бывают перебои именно поэтому у нас в условиях доставки это указанно. Сроки доставки взяты с официального сайта сдэк И мы ответственности за это нести не можем. Но если речь идет о возврате денег, конечно мы всегда без проблем возвращаем деньги, и вы правильно говорите предоплату не нужно вносить, ведь у нас есть Наложенный платеж, оплата по факту доставки. Извините что так получилось, к сожалению процесс доставки по России не может работать идеально, бывают задержки.
