Спустя 2 года работы с данной конторой — нам просто заблокировали возможность связываться с их поддержкой, по причине того, что им не нравится как мы разговариваем с их сотрудниками, которые на столько бестолковые, что просто нет слов. На сегодняшний день мы уже железнобетонно переходим на другой сервис чего советую и всем пользователям постер, потому что за 2 года мы понесли убытков из-за их ошибок и косяков на 340 000 рублей минимум и кучу потерянных клиентов из-за этого. Не могут решить ни од ной проблемы (2 проблемы решали 2 года, 2 ГОДА, КАРЛ! и не решили) при этом никак не компенсируя существенную долю ущерба нанесённого ими, два раза продлили подписку на 2 недели и всё, а то, что мы потеряли огромное количество клиентов и денег. Представьте, что такое каждую неделю, а порой и каждый день писать им в поддержку про очередную проблему с терминалом, заказами, интеграцией, глюками и лежащим бездыханно сервисом и они ничего не делают для исправления проблемы. – показать

Здравствуйте! А можете рассказать примеры проблем с терминалами и как это влияло на работу? То есть были простои из-за глюков? или проблемы со статистикой?Я подбираю систему атоматизации и рассматриваю Poster как кандидат
