Неправильно установили оконные блоки на лоджию — створки открываются не в ту сторону, не те рамы поворотно откидные. Просили оставить как есть, обещали в счет компенсации сделать еще одну поворотно откидную створку, поставить гребешки и привезти еще одну сеточку на окно. В итоге — замочек на поворотно-откидную секцию установили бракованный (2 месяца звонили и доказывали, нужно заменить), про сетку забыли — пришлось докупать у них же. Вся компенсация — копеечные гребешки. Документы об оплате но рмальных нет, гарантийного талона то же. Не советую – показать

Да, согласен замерщик ошибся и открывание на одной створке сделали не правильно, была заведена рекламация и в течении 5 рабочих дней исправили открывание на поворотно откидную створку. Плюс в подарок поставили элитные ручки рото свинг, и гребенки на каждое окно и лоджию. По поводу (два месяца, это перебор) У вас работал прораб который делал ремонт и он может подтвердить что всё было сделано в срок.
