Ужас ужасный! Заказала кандей,перезвонили, сказали что оплата или налом в офисе или по безналу по банку.при этом 100% предоплата.При оплате по банку(от физ.лица) платеж идет до 3-х дней + отгрузят дня через 2 после оплаты.запросили скан паспорта для выставления счета(только все-это уже испортило весь настрой покупать у них).ладно.выслала скан. прошло уже 3-е суток(рабочие дни), а счета так и нет.уже купила в другой конторе(привезли в день заказа и с оплатой по факту получения).Климатов кормит об ещаниями выставления счета и ссылается на удаленную бухгалтерию которая ни как не может выставить счета)....ни кому не советую!!!! – показать

Извините за предоставленные неудобства, действительно некоторые товары идут по предоплате. Это означает что данный товар для нас не ходовой и нам нужно его заказать у поставщика и послать туда водителя с гарантией, что клиент в любой момент не откажется от заказа. Это нормальная практика, особенно если у товара низкая маржинальность и требуются еще расходы на забор и доставку этого оборудованиям.

Здравствуйте, никто вас обещаниями не кормил, вам предложили два варианты оплаты, вы находитесь в другом городе, паспортные данные нужны для, выставления счета и транспортной компании, иначе товар вы просто не сможете забрать. Также без 100% оплаты крупногабаритный и тяжелый товар, ни один магазин не отправит, тем более в другой город. Надо смотреть реально на вещи.

Они мне кондиционер ставили на днях. По срокам уложились. К качеству выполненных работ также нет нареканий. Молодцы!
