Пишу отзыв о мастере Дмитрие, который не выполняет обещаний. Задача: оклейка обоев на кухне (косметический ремонт, стены не выровнены). По факту: опоздание, наклеил два куска, потом долго рассказывал о том, что обои тяжёлые и могут уже к вечеру отвалиться, а он очень переживает на свою репутацию и репутацию компании) рассказал, что опыт у него большой и если он ошибается, то на следующий день даст скидку на работу. Оплачена работа за оклейку двух полос обоев. Договорились, что мы наблюдаем до ве чера и созваниваемся — либо он доклеивает, либо покупаем другие. Резюме: вечером на звонки и смс не отвечал, муж написал отзыв в компанию и Дмитрий позвонил и сказал, что его оболгали — при этом сменил две версии. На звонки не отвечал, потому что у него болел зуб (видимо это также мешало написать смс), а также то, что он «мастер» и не может клеить обои на неподготовленные поверхности. Я считаю, что мастера это лицо компании, поэтому делайте выводы. У нас опыт крайне негативный. – показать

Скажу так. Мастера хорошие, организация просто отстой.Договаривались сделать ремонт аж в июне, за месяц как порядочная позвонила им. Объем работы: выровнять стены и наклеить обои в двух комнатах 8 и 12 м². Плюс демонтаж монтаж плинтусов.13.07 должны были приступить. На данный момент 06.08 у меня готовы к стены на поклейке обоев в одной комнате. И мастеров нет.Не рекомендую данную компанию.
