Грузчик не приехал Достоинства: адекватный диспетчер Недостатки: Грузчики невменяемые Заказал грузчика на 2часа работы, диспетчер принял заказ. Перезвонил сам грузчик, сказал что выезжает, ждал 2 часа, в итоге не приехал. Ждал на разгрузку машины. Пришлось таскать самому! Мог бы не вводить в заблуждение, сказал бы сразу, что не хочет работать. Диспетчер предложил другого, якобы в течение 40 минут, реально другой смог бы приехать через полтора часа. Будьте внимательны!

Шарашкина контора Достоинства: нет вообще Недостатки: сколько угодно Заказали машину на кануне, на пятницу 10.11.17г. на 10.30 утра, обговорили все пожелания к машине. Нам пообещали, что водитель за полтора часа созвониться с нами. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); На следующий день в обещанное время в 9.00 нам никто не позвонил, в 9.09 сами набираем диспетчера, на что был ответ: "если пообещали, значит позвонит". Через десять минут звонит водитель, говорит, что только что получил заявку, выезжает к нам и через полтора часа подъедет. Просим его перезвонить за полчаса до приезда, т. к. нужно вынести вещи к подъезду. Начиная с 11.15 набираем водителя: то не доступен, то трубку не берет. В 11.22 соизволил ответить и результат: его тормознули ДПС, долго проверяли документы и теперь он к нам не приедет, что он созвонился с другим водителем и тот к нам подъедет через 35 минут. В 12.00 набираю водителя другой машины, тот на очень ломаном русском языке обещает в ближайшем времени подъехать, что навигатор показывает 2-3 минуты осталось. В 12.30 в ярости набираю диспетчера и отказываюсь от услуг такого гавенного перевозчика.
