Полнейший непрофессионализм. Достоинства: Не обнаружено. Недостатки: На клиентов просто забивают. Ждали заказ МЕСЯЦ, прислали щетки не того размера. Выслали им обратно, и на этом все... Теперь ни до кого не возможно дозвониться, звонки игнорят. Отдельное "спасибо" менеджеру Александру, и Владимиру. А оборудование наше тем временем простаивает, что ведет к материальным потерям. Так, что еще раз спасибо вам огромное! Руководству данной конторы - обратите внимание на своих подчиненных.

Надежная компания,всегда мне помогают Достоинства: Надежная компания, всегда помогут квалифицированным советом, есть возможность срочного производства Недостатки: Нет в городе транспортных компаний. Для меня хотелось бы чтобы машина по доставке ходила почаще,обещали решить этот вопрос в 2017году. Надежная компания, работаю сними более двух лет. В организации много разного оборудования, которое когда то производилось ещё в Германии с 1939 года, не всегда есть чертежи и шильдики двигателя. Есть и импортные двигателя свежего производства, не всегда есть маркировка на щётках, и непонятен материал щеток. Приходится доставлять ребятам не мало проблем. Приходится иногда изобретать велосипед, не всегда с первого раза получается решить все проблемы, но всегда доходим до победного конца. Приобретали и аналоги импортных щеток, на некотором оборудование работает не хуже импортных. На новое оборудование заказывали конечно оригинальные щетки, Александр помогал при заказе. Единственный минус который могу сказать, что транспортных компаний в городе нет, бывает нужно по срочному вызывать курьерскую службу.
