Твердая 4 Достоинства: + понравился замерщик; + быстро сделали замену старого окна; + убрали за собой мусор; Недостатки: - срок монтажа сдвинули на 3 дня. Эту компанию мне посоветовали друзья. Понравилось соотношение цена-качество. Не очень дорого, но в то же время сам процесс готового установленного окна мне понравился. Единственный минус - это долгое изготовление моего окна. Сроки монтажа были сдвинуты на 3 дня. Мне это не понравилось. Понравился человек замерщик. Много каталогов (хотела и отделку балкона заказать, но решила подождать и посмотреть как с окном получится). В целом хорошая компания.
