Заказываем не первый раз. Упаковывают контроллеры и прочее, просто кинув в коробку. В центре блоки питания, а по бокам контроллеры, даже не в пакетах, пакеты в другом углу,а цена контроллера 3000р например(BX-5A2&WIFI) Последний заказ был на блоки и контроллер. Заказывали BX-5A2&WIFI, прислали BX-5A4&WIFI. Пишем письмо по этому поводу, нам отвечают вы можете купить ХАБ к этому контроллеру. Спасибо за подсказку ув. Диодик! Не советуем эту орг.

Всем доброго вечера.Недавно имел опыт работы с компанией Диодик, заказывал комплектующие для бегущей строки, впечатление от общения отвратительное! Заказал заранее, оплатил, приехал забирать, сотрудники разводят руками мол извините не было поставки и некоторых позиций нет в наличии, это спустя ЧЕТЫРЕ!!! дня после оформления заказа! Можно долго писать тут как продолжалась эта эпопея с комплектухой, в конце концов пришлось брать в компании в которой работаю машину за свой счёт, гнать опять в Мо скву из Одинцово.Нервы негативные эмоции и за малым не сорванный заказ, всё это компания Диодик! Про менеджера Юлию плохого ничего сказать не могу, кроме одного, как только возникла проблема перестала поднимать трубку, пришлось доставать через офисные телефоны и то только после десятка звонков. В компанию больше обращаться не буду! Лучше заплатить немного дороже и при этом получить всё в комплекте и в срок! – показать
