В 2016 году ООО «КНС» закупило у ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД», как у производителя холодильного оборудования, три холодильных установки для поставки конечному потребителю — хладокомбинату.Установки были смонтированы и запущены с соблюдением всех правил, технологий и рекомендаций ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД», но выйти на технические показатели, указанные в паспортах производителя, так и нее удалось. В ходе многочисленных аварийных ремонтов, попыток наладить поставленное оборудование, в том числе с непосредственным участием представителей ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД», проверки правильности расчетов инженеров производителя и последующего судебного разбирательства (дело № А40-175223/2017) было выявлено, что поставленное оборудование имеет производственный дефект во всех трех установках. Но ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД» всячески уклонялось от выполнения своих гарантийных обязательств.В итоге компания «КНС» за свой счет произвела замену данного оборудования. А для защиты своих прав КНС обратилась в Арбитражный суд города Москвы с иском к ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД» о возмещении своих расходов. В марте 2019 года решение о взыскании с ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД» денежных средств вступило в законную силу, но от исполнения решения суда ООО «ПК АСВ-ХОЛОД» уклоняются. – показать

Друган занимается мясом и мясопродуктами, недавно оборудовал новый магазин, здесь без холодильной камеры никак. Посмотрел предложения по рынку, сравнил цены, провел переговоры и остановил выбор на АСВ-Холод. Что понравилось: собственное производство, современные технологии, конкурентоспособные расценки, хорошие отзывы. Камера нужна была небольшая, порядка 700 кубов, с низкотемпературным режимом. Заказал в общем под ключ — проект, изготовление и монтаж. Спецы из АСВ всё обмеряли, посчитали и чере з неделю выдали готовый проект. После согласования приступили к работе, стены обшили 3-слойными панелями, завезли и смонтировали оборудование. Оперативно и качественно, через 3 недели холодильник уже запустили. – показать
