Сотрудничаю с 2015 года все хорошо Достоинства: Долгое плодотворное сотрудничество Недостатки: Иногда тупят Работаю с ними с 2015 года все оперативно решается. Собственное производство, много моделей стендов. Работают в основном с мобильными конструкциями. Достаточно удобные стенды.

Ужс Достоинства: плюсов не увидели Недостатки: отвратительный сервис,невыполнение обещаний,срыв сроко Мы крупная федеральная компания, начали работу с Астротех, так как понравился сайт. В итоге - сорванные сроки изготовления оборудования, сорванные сроки поставки. В итоге привезли не то оборудование (выставка проходила не в Москве). Машина простоивала днями пока забирала оборудования (не выполняют общеания совсем) Наш директор лично летал в Москву чтобы забрать деталь от стенда, чтобы хоть как то провести выставку. Ужасный сервис, невозможно дозвониться до менеджеров ни в 10 ни в 11 утра, ни в критичной ситуации, когда спрашиваешь почему, хамят. Все сроки которые говорят, не выдерживают, обманыевают. Цены высокие. В итоге на официальном открытии выставки шел монтаж стенда, очень подвели, испортили имидж компании. Прислали нам обещание возместить затраты, несколько месяцев кормили завтраками, когда поняли, что срок подачи в суд прошел, просто "кинули". Директор недоступен постоянно, постоянно говорят что нет ее на работе, видимо скрывается. Все отзывы в сети видимо фальшивка. С большими компаниями может и работали, но наверное как и мы - в первый и в последний раз. Никогда не работайте с фирмой Астротех если не хотите сорвать дорогостоящее мероприятие или потерять работу
