Вполне себе.Уютная обстановка,в кабинетах пахнет кофе,цветочки комнатные на окошках.Отзывчивые работники,минимум очередей.Можно и вопросы по существу и не очень задать,да и просто за жизнь поговорить.

Потому,что работники опеки подделывают подписи,т.е. занимаются фальсификацией документов,используют самодельно изготовленые документы от имени других лиц.Не ставят вовремя детей на учет.Судьбы детей им не интересны.Царит круговая порука.Дети для таких чиновников ,как карьерная лестница.
