Была сегодня в магазине. Сделала отличные покупки. Очень приятное обслуживание. Все показывали и давали очень хорошие советы.

Магазин хороший! Но качество обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего, может хозяин не знает об этом? Отправила подругу москвичку на Вавилова, с конкретной просьбой и деньгами, сервиз продали (Мейсен), но я попросила купить другой, она конечно нуждалась в помощи работника потому что нечего незнает про антиквариат. Но ей никто не занялся. И еще, я не озлоблена, в семье все хорошо, в достатке живу всем бы так, могу себе позволить то, что у вас в магазине. Пишу хозяину (или хозяйке) что вы могли бы лучше продавать свой товар если бы не продавцы, которые тормозят ваш бизнес. – показать

Очень странный отзыв, в магазине Купеческий продавцов нет, есть один сотрудник и он является хозяином, ехать в магазин за сервизом Мейсен, приехать с деньгами, а сервиз продан, за 5 лет не могу припомнить чтоб за такими сервизами приезжали без предварительного звонка, могу пересчитать на пальцах, сервизы Мейсен, так как они не часто бывают в продаже и их как правило покупают постоянные клиенты которые оставляют заявку, может Ваша подруга вообще не была в магазине?
