Управляющая компания в которую не нужно ходить, оплачивать коммунальные услуги можно и в терминалах, и в приложении, счетчики автоматически передают показания, круглосуточно работаю диспетчера, в подъездах и во дворах всё оперативно ремантируют, дворы всегда убраны.

Давал заявку на восстановление защелок маленькой створки двери в подъезде которые каким то образом пропали. Результат сняли с верха двери лифтов ого холла и поставили вниз на дверь квартирного холла. Есть предположение, что так защёлки могли уйти в другой подъезд. Всё делается так чтобы деньги не тратить. С лифтами во всем районе треш. То не работают, то живут своей жизнью. Управляющая не о чем.
