Самая плохая управляющая компания. Перечислять все их минусы можно долго. Например: 1. Несколько месяцев возле квартир не горел свет - вообще!! От лифта до квартиры на ощупь или с фонарем. В УК ответили - нет ламп... 2. Деньги берут за все. За то, что бы сантехник пришел посмотрел, за то, что он потом ещё раз придет, уже с инструментами... 3. Неправильно начисляли плату за воду, а потом сделали перерасчёт и в один месяц выкатили баснословную доплату. Теперь угрожают судом... Хотя мы просили сделать рассрочку платежа, писали заявление, на которое никто не ответил... Вообще!! 4. Дозвониться очень сложно, предлагают оставить сообщение... Перезванивают через пол-дня.. 5. На сайте и на автоответчике полно ненужной рекламы. К телефону не подходят, зато предлагают купить воду.. 6. За отопление делят деньги на всех. И не важно, что вы в целях экономии отключаете радиаторы.. т.е. мы платим за отопление соседей. 7. За все!!! За все берется плата. Даже за регулировку напора воды. 8. У нас была мама, инвалид-колясочник. Пользовались подъёмником для инвалидов! Не помню сколько раз по халатности УК подъемник не работал, то диспетчер не слышит, то сломался неожиданно. Просто слезы! И всегда у них на все отговорки. На письменное заявление ответа хамски НЕТ! Предлагают снова прийти к ним в офис!
