Пару недель назад мы неожиданно решили слетать отдохнуть на море. В Кольцово живем недавно и куда тут по этой теме обратиться не знали. Времени на выбор (всего - начиная с турагентства и заканчивая отелем) не было совсем, так как в соответствии с нашими планами вылететь желательно было уже на следующий день. Сначала пришли в турагентство в соседнем доме, но подобранные варианты показались дороговатыми (в сравнении с интернет предложениями), и мы решили зайти еще сюда - посмотреть что предложат. Людмила (продавец туров) оказалась очень толковой: предложила разные варианты, исходя из опыта поделилась своими соображениями касаемо некоторых из них, что-то посоветовала, помогла определиться с выбором. В итоге: цена устроила, отношение к клиентам и подход к работе тоже. Будем обращаться сюда еще! Единственное пожелание - не бросать потенциальных клиентов на произвол судьбы в выходные:) - все турагентства (как и многие другие конторы Кольцово) работают только в будни...

Отдыхали через данное агенство 3 раза,в разные страны.Все очень оперативно и профессионально!С нами работала менеджер Людмила.Хочется ей сказать отдельное огромное спасибо!Все подробно расскажет,подберёт тур,исходя из всех пожеланий.Ни разу не пожалели,что обратились именно в это агенство!Ожидания полностью оправдались!
