Категорически НЕ рекомендую! С их собственных банкоматов на счет деньги зачисляются более суток. Положила деньги на счет через банкомат, пытаюсь перевести между счетами, отказ в опрерации, уточняю в банке, ответ гениален: на карту деньни поступили, а на счет в течение суток!то, что карта привязана к этому счету никого не смущает. Банкомат с приемом наличных ОДИН на город миллионник. С кэшбеком история вообще мутная, если у вас момент возврата карта отключена от зп проекта, можете прощаться с кэшбеком, банку вы как частный клиент не интересны! С платиновой карты вы НЕ сможете оплатить ни одну интернет покупку, что бы подключиться к мобильному приложению банка вам надо писать заявление лично в банке. Как юридическое лицо тоже имела большое "счастье" с ними поработать. Дела обстоят не лучше чем с физиками.

Из-за того что у меня иностранное отчество. Сотрудники в 3 не смогли додуматься, как оформить перевод денег. И в конечном итоге "послали меня" со словами: "Без отчества попросите отправить перевод денег"

Порадовало обслуживание. Решали рабочие вопросы фирмы. Руководитель Надежда очень помогла. Настоящий профессионал. Операторы работают быстро, приветливы в общении, все объясняют. Все бы банки так работали... И самое главное: ненавязывают всякие ненужные продукты типа карт и страховок.
