Почему вдруг люди несут ахинею, которая радикально противоречит всем отзывам? Пересидели дома на самоизоляции и не знаете на кого "вылить" негатив? Или вам ковровую дорожку не постелили? Весна граждане, кончилась, остатки обострения видимо не у всех прошли...

Персонал на столько "приветливый", что просто незачем сюда возвращаться. Я знаю ваше качество работы, оно, безусловно, хорошее, но вот поведение сотрудников наплевательское. Если что-нибудь спросишь - тебе ответят на отвали.

Добрый день. Подскажите дату и время визита, если Вы утверждаете во столь категоричной форме, что являлись нашим клиентом. Хотя-бы примерно. У нас в центре есть видеонаблюдение и аудиофиксация всего происходящего и это не раз "проливало свет" на действительность. Часто было так, что никто на самом деле никуда не обращался и пишет вымышленные претензии. Иногда клиент неверно интерпритирует происходящее. Указанные Вами точные дата и примерное время визита позволит разабрать случай и принять меры. Если Вы в свою очередь не сделаете этого, будет подана жалоба на ложное обвинение Вами нашего персонала в некомпетентности и отзыв будет помещен в разряд неподтвержденных и Ваше мнение не будет учитываться вообще.

Моё присутствие в вашем магазине было неоднократно: летом 2019, в сентябре 2019 года, апрель 2020. До этого на самом деле "присутствий" было больше, но последний визит, был в апреле точно. Если даже по камерам посмотрите и послушаете - вы скажите, что продавец выполнил свою работу. Но извините, с недовольным видом и без желания работать, вам, наверняка, будет сложно заметить.
