Пользовался услугами услугами этой конторы, а именно Степановой Н.В. Одни отрицательные эмоции и рассторгнутый после нескольких судебных заседаний договор. Правда не помогло, суд проигран. Первичная консультация ещё, вроде, нормальная, а после заключения договора отношение ужасное. По итогам наших взаимоотношений была подана жалоба в Московскую адвокатскую палату, где возбуждалось дисцисциплинарное производство. Надеешся на помощь проффесионалов, а получаешь головную боль.

Суд проигран БЕЗ участия адвоката Степановой, поскольку клиент внезапно отказался от адвокатских услуг после первых двух судебных заседаний, сославшись на то, что за ним все следят - родственники, работодатели и сама адвокат в том числе. И да, спустя несколько месяцев(!) подал жалобу в адвокатскую палату, однако никаких нарушений в действиях адвоката не обнаружилось.

Выражаю благодарность коллегии адвокатов «Улищенко и партнеры» и адвокату Сорочихину в частности. В мою квартиру хотел вселиться нежеланный для меня человек. Он подал заявление в суд, в котором просил судью обеспечить ему вселение в мою квартиру. Алексей Вадимович подал встречный иск от моего имени, где просил признать истца утратившим право пользования квартирой и снять его с регистрационного учета. В конечном итоге суд решил: в требованиях истца — отказать, встречный иск — удовлетворить полностью.
