Контактный центр дезинформирует клиентов. 21.04 позвонила с уточнением возможно ли починить шину, на что сотрудник ответил, что без проблем можно приехать и все, что надо сделать. В итоге потратив время на дорогу и ожидание специалиста выясняется, что ремонтом шин они не занимаются, и ничем в этой ситуации помочь не могут.

Не ведитесь на звездочки! Втихоря засунули в заказ-наряд накачку азотом! Не спросив, не предупредив, просто забили в стоимость. Я конечно сама виновата, что не сразу посмотрела заказ-наряд, а только после установки шин. Однако, будьте внимательны, может они и выглядят неплохо, а по факту - внесли неоговоренную услугу. Не советую.
