Понравились дополнительные услуги( бесплатный шиномонтаж на месте, расширенная гарантия на 1 год ). Доброжелательный персонал, который доступно обясняет и поиогает в выборе шин( для девушки покапателя это важно).

Менял резину на зимнюю. Всё чётко, быстро и качественно. Мешочки для старой резины входят в ценник. Цена тоже устроила. Спасибо за работу.

Покупал летние шины TOYO, мой размер был в наличии плюс шиномонтаж бесплатно. Записался на монтаж, все сделали быстро и аккуратно - претензий нет. С виду сервис может и не такой "помпезный" и "пафосный", как некоторые, но ребята свое дело знают, все документы предоставляют. Раньше всегда менял резину в Формуле, но теперь у них при покупке нет ни скидок по бонусной карте, ни бесплатного монтажа. Пришлось искать варианты, и не пожалел.

Покупал там и зиму и лето с этим вопросом никаких, приехал посмотрел все отлично. Менеджеры вежливые всё на уровне. Шиномонтаж так сказать один сотрудник не очень вежлив и осадочек остался. Вот недавно переобувался на лето так уже другие работают, тут вопросов нет всё чётко.

Михаил, спасибо Вам за отзыв! Мы стараемся поддерживать уровень обслуживания на высоте, но, к сожалению, ситуации возникают, но мы с ними боремся. Как Вы успели заметить, мы обновили штат шиномонтажников на более опытных и вежливых. Так что, до новых встреч!!!
