Заказали зимнюю резину, оператор по телефону заверил что резина придет в течении 2-4 дней, на деле оказалась 6 дней. Приехали за резиной оказалась что присутствовать при шиномонтоже запрещено, на вопрос почему нам ответили что "может вы ему еще и поможете". За шиномантаж запросили сначала 1800 рублей, а в общем подсчете сумма выросла на 200 рублей, хотя на сайте данного магазина есть таблица по услугам шиномантажа, и комплекс на наш авто 360рублей × 4 колеса = 1440 рублей. Не приятный персонал. И это не единичный случай такого обмана. Расценки должны висеть на видном месте для покупателя а не у продавца, что только он их видит!!

Добрый день! Урегулировать не чего, резину мы выкупили шиномонтаж сделали в другом месте. А мой отзыв это только для того что бы такими расценками людей не обманывали, вы просто расценки шиномонтажа сделайте так что бы клиенты сами могли их видеть. Спасибо!
