Записался на мотошиномонтаж. Запись была на 2ое ноября. За день до, позвонил менеджер и поставил перед фактом, что запись что запись пеносится на 23 ноября. Мол у них ажиотаж, записей много, им не охото перенастраивать оборудование под мото колеса. Если честно, это не мои проблемы и их лень меня не волнует, у меня запись на определённое время (записывался за месяц), но я пошел на встречу и согласился подождать 3 нелели. Не извинений, ни предложения скидки от менеджера не поступило. А мотоцикл продолжал висеть на подьемнике. 23его ноября, МЕНЕЕ ЧЕМ ЗА ЧАС ДО ЗАПИСИ (я кстати уже грузил колеса и хотел выезжать) позвонил менеджер и далее состоялся такой диалог: М- Вам ведь не срочно колеса менять? Давайте перенесем на завтра. Я- Срочно! Если переносим на завтра, то только если Вы делаете мне скидку! М- А Вы, что зимой катаетесь? Я- Да катаюсь! М- А у Вас че, кроссовый? Я- У меня он на подъёмнике висит, из-за Вас на месяц дольше чем планировалось! М- Ну я же не знал. Ну Вы же понимаете, что скидку Вам никто делать не будет. На этом мы и попрощались. То, что меня переносили 2 раза, потому что им лень перенастраивать оборудование, очень красочно описывпет компанию. "Колеса Даром", если Вам лень, или Вы не в состоянии оказать услугу, не заптсыаайте людей, я из за Вашей "организации" потерял месяц. Объясните своим менеджерам, что это не их дело, что я делаю со своей техникой, катаюсь ли я зимой, срочно ли мне это - исключительно мое дело. Если Вы записываете на определённую дату, оказывайте услугу во время! Всем нам срочно!!! БУКВАЛЬНО ШАРАШ-МОНТАЖ! НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ В ДАННУЮ КОНТОРУ!!!

Заказывали колёса через интернет, приехали, что бы оплатить и забрать заказ. Провели много времени в ожидании, нас посылали от одно оператора к кассиру и обратно, все были очень заняты и грубы, не думаю, что такое обслуживание достойно моего дальнейшего визита.
