Очень плохой шиномонтаж! Мастер (хотя скорее ломастер!) неправилтно отбалаесировал новые колеса на новых дисках, грубил , матерился, не хотел переделывать, пришлось вызывать старшего... А потом все переделывать на другом сервисе. ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХОЙ СЕРВИС!

На сайте в личном кабинете отображаются доступные баллы, при заказе , оператор сообщает, что данные баллы уже сгорели. Предоставили скриншот , далее нам позвонили и сказали что на сайте сбой и информация отображается некорректно. В этой ситуации по словам оператора магазин не может быть клиентоориентированным и предоставить клиентам данные бонусные баллы, не смотря на то что это сбой с их стороны на сайте , отображается некорректная информация и вводит клиентов в заблуждение. Первый раз при покупке в данном магазине сталкиваемся с такой проблемой! Неприятно!

Спасибо компании за оперативный ответ , в течении дня связались со службы качества, принесли извинения и предоставили компенсацию в виде бонусных рублей.
