Единственный многоканальный телефон "не обслуживается" уже который день. Стоимость резины хорошая, спору нет, поэтому сделал заказ через интернет, перезвонили-договорились о дате самовывоза Возник вопрос по шиномонтажке, телефон опять не обслуживается. Оставил днем сообщение с просьбой перезвонить по форме на их сайте. До вечера никто не позвонил, думаю это не проблема. В 3 + часа ночи звонит м#₽+ло из этого магазина, говорит вы оставляли заявку на обратный звонок... Я особо не грубил, но желание выкупать резину отпало

Заказывал центровочные кольца, казалось бы мелочь, а в наличии не оказалось, магазину пришлось везти со склада в Татарстане, поэтому объявили доставку в 3-5 дней. Выбрал самовывоз на Котляковской, т.к. близко к месту жительства. После пройденного времени я сам позвонил в магазин и они мне сообщили, что не смогут доставить туда. САМИ ОНИ МНЕ ОБ ЭТОМ НЕ СТАЛИ СООБЩАТЬ! ... и предложили забрать из магазинов на севере Москвы. Я отказался и далее САМОЕ ИНТЕРЕСНОЕ! Оформив возврат денежных средств, составив заявку на это, мне пришлось также подождать около 3 недель, в последствии я опять же САМ ПОЗВОНИЛ ИМ, чтобы разобраться почему мне не вернули деньги, другой сотрудник сказал, который занимается именно возвратом, что заявки НЕТ, а без этого она возврат не делает. Поэтому мне снова пришлось звонить на горячую линию сегодня и мне ответили, что напомнят кому-то там о моем возврате. Сумма 220 рублей, неужели это так сложно !??? Итог: Не советую связываться с данным магазином. Уверен, что помимо этого у них много подводных камней. Надеюсь этот отзыв поможет клиентам. Спасибо за внимание!
