Переехали в новую квартиру, но не думали, что столкнёмся с рядом проблем.На будущее: если кто-то надумает покупать угловую квартиру на последних этажах, то обязательно устанавливайте кондиционер, и сейчас я объясню из-за чего. Дело в том, что летом солнце нагревает не только стены, но и крышу, поэтому от духоты в комнате ну никак не избавиться, вентилятор будет просто гонять горячий воздух по квартире. А прошлое лето было таким жарким, что в этом году мы решились установить сплит-систему. В одних магазинах они стоили очень дорого, другие же не производили монтаж, в этом же магазине нам помогли выбрать и помочь с установкой кондиционера Daikin. Менеджер посоветовал взять инверторную систему, так как она тише и позволяет постоянно поддерживать точную температуру. И действительно, всё так и оказалось, а мы думали, что это маркетинговый ход. Купили кондиционер, привезли нам его через несколько дней, монтажники очень аккуратно смонтировали всю систему, проложили магистрали, даже обмотали трассу специальной лентой, которая придаст прочности во время сильных холодов или жары. Кстати, мы попали под акцию, поэтому кондиционер нам обошёлся примерно на 3500 тыс. рублей дешевле
