В Шоколаднице в Рио (б.черемушкинская, 1) крайне неприветливые официанты, как будто делают одолжение, ни здравствуйте, ни пожалуйста. Раньше посещала кафе с удовольствием, сейчас возвращаться не хочется. Верните прежних официантов.

Были сегодня с подругой в данной шоколаднице. Во-первых,что стоит заметить,каждые 5 минут появлялся резкий запах помойки, от которого пропадал аппетит(но это, скорее всего, уже проблемы самого торгового центра, хотя не уверена). Во-вторых,заказали пасту : я заказала Пенне с грибами а подруга Альфредо. Мне все принесли очень быстро, а вот моя подруга ждала пасту около 15 минут. В-третьих, мы хотели заказать десерт,нас попросили подождать. Спустя 5—7 минут я подошла к стойке с десертами сама и с просила можно ли взять, на что мне ответили ждать официанта (в нормальной форме,не грубо). Я села,мы ждали ещё минут 5—10,после чего он подошёл,мы заказали Наполеон и Чизкейк 2 шоколада. Мы сидели ещё минут 10—15,есть уже перехотелось и мы попросили счёт и тут нам мгновенно приносят десерты,на что мы отвечаем,что спустя такое долго ожидание мы уже передумали и нам хотелось покинуть данное заведение. А,кстати, вместо наполеона принесли медовик. Когда мы попросили отменить,нам ответили,что уже нельзя и предложили взять с собой, нам уже не хотелось из-за ужасного обслуживания. Но, так как мы спешили, мы взяли с собой чизкейк. Наполеон нас отменили только из-за их ошибки (принесли медовик). Сервис отвратительный,но персонал приветливый, хорошая женщина- официантка,но видно,что ей очень сложно работать одной в таких условиях. Руководство, наймите ещё официантов и позаботьтесь о наличии продуктов и блюд. 2 звезды, только потому что обожаю шоколадницу в целом, но от посещения данного заведения в ТРЦ Рио остались отвратительные эмоции. – показать
