Попросил соеденить столы, на что получил ответ-"ну соединяйте!", ладно, забил. Очень долго ждал официантов пока примут заказ прошло 15 минут-пришли и обслуживали очень грубо. Это кажется наш первый и последний поход в это заведение

17.11.2018 в 23:20 посетили заведение возле метро СокольникиНа сайте представлена информация о наличии акции «Лонг-Айленд» после 22:22 до 5:55, в любой день.Менеджер Арина и официант Егор отказали в этой акции ссылаясь на то что это опечатка на сайте…Просто…как так? Зачем обманываете?

Зашли за кофе на вынос. Мой молодой человек попросил с собой капучино, официант посчитал ему 220мл за 295р, я попросила латте 375мл и указала, что на ценнике у них указано 195 НА ВЫНОС! Официант считает мне кофе, я спрашиваю, а в чем разница? Зачем вы нам считаете один кофе в заведении, как кофе с собой? Зачем нам переплачивать? На что он согласился и пересчитал ‍ ️ по итогу кофе был самый отвратительный, который я когда-либо пила (есть опыт работы бариста), эспрессо пережгли, по вкусу это бы л капучино, а не латте, корица практически не чувствовалась и пены не было вообще! Ребята, за такие деньги — это должен быть идеально сваренный напиток! В результате испорченное настроение и выкинутые на ветер 400р! Больше к вам ни ногой! ‍ ️ – показать
