Относительно заведения на Москва, Покрышкина, 2, корп. 1, замечу следующее:1. Персонал ведёт себя довольно панибратски и по хамски. Поскольку заглядывал в это место несколько раз — могу утверждать уверено, что это проблема не отдельных людей, а всего персонала в этом заведении в целом.2. Заглянули в кафе в очередной раз сегодня с утра. В 10:20. Людей мало, персонала много. Мы поздоровались, нас проигнорировали, повели себя в стиле «вам не рады». Здесь бы развернуться и уйти — раз заведению к лиенты не нужны. Но мы прошли на второй этаж, хотели позавтракать. За 10 минут (заметьте — в кафе мало людей и минимум 7 человек слоняющегося без дела персонала) к нам так никто и не удосужился подойти. Списать это на «запарку» в принципе не получится — её не было.3. Заведение позиционируется как круглосуточное. Однако, если заглянуть туда после 22:00 тебе заявляют, что кроме кофе и сендвича ты в принципе ничего взять не можешь. И всё бы ничего, если бы в их меню не было указано, что в ужин в сети с 18:00 до 23:00, а в круглосуточных заведениях до 6:00. И что-то очень сомневаюсь, что закрытие кухни в 22:00 и до утра согласовано с руководством сети.Менеджменту заведения замечу — сейчас не 90-е или 2000-е — когда вы были одни из первых и могли себе подобное позволить. Вы уже сейчас скатились на уровень столовой — позиционируя себя и по ценам и по формату отнюдь не как столовая. При подобном подходе разорялись и более крупные и успешные компании. – показать
